1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if:
You received a damaged or broken product.
You received a defective product.
The product delivered is different from the item you ordered.
The product is missing any parts or accessories included with the order.
You received an incorrect size, color, or design due to our error.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Products without the original tags or those showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
Items without original tags or packaging.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Customized or personalized products made specifically for the customer, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Products purchased during clearance or special sale events, unless damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, our customer support team will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details for processing the refund.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
4. Exchange Policy
We also offer product exchanges for eligible items if:
The product is damaged or defective.
You received the wrong product.
The product is missing components or accessories.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
Share your Order ID, product photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your package arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing clear photographs or videos of:
The product.
The packaging.
The shipping label.
This helps us verify the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process if eligible.
Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
